Our e-filing portal is self-service, so you can register and then login to your account and electronically file your court paperwork.

For first time registrants, you will be asked by the state to put a card or ACH method of payment on file; you may, also add a "Waiver" account, if you are filing a request for a court fee waiver or if one has already been granted for you. Active E-Filing Courts and Our Prices

Below, is a list of active courts that participate in the statewide Odyssey and Journal e-filing systems, along with our fees associated with those courts.

For details, regarding whether e-filing is “permissive” or “mandatory” in your county, visit the state Odyssey provider-page, at: http://www.odysseyefileca.com/active-courts.htm or refer to your county’s local rules.

Please, be advised that, effective, January 1, 2023, the state’s e-filing fee structure changed, which impacts the ways that the different courts charge their fees and, therefore, how we changed our fee structure.

Effective January 1, 2023, apart from a few courts as notated at the bottom of our fee schedule, below, our provider fee for, both, Odyssey-based Courts and Journal-based Courts are $5 per filing submission. Our provider fee for the remaining e-filing courts, which are currently Orange County Civil and Probate, will be as indicated below.
